Teloki terms and conditions
Last updated 3 October 2026
1. About these terms
Teloki is operated by Springr Creatives Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 229, Axis Antara, Akshayanagar, Bengaluru 560076, Karnataka, India ("Springr", "we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and Springr for your use of the Teloki mobile and web apps and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.
2. Who can use Teloki
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use Teloki on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
3. Your account
You need an account to use Teloki. Keep your sign-in details and your devices secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, keep it up to date, and tell us at support@springr.in if you think someone else has used your account.
4. How Teloki works, and its limits
Teloki records what you say, transcribes it, and turns it into tasks, reminders, notes and questions. This is done by automated speech recognition and language processing, which can mishear, misread or miss things.
- Check every item before you save or send it. You are responsible for the items you save and for what you assign to other people.
- Reminders and notifications depend on your device, its settings and your network, and can arrive late or not at all.
- Do not rely on Teloki for emergencies, or for anything where a missed or wrong reminder could cause injury, loss or damage. Teloki does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
5. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts, items, replies and anything else you put into Teloki ("your content") remain yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide and maintain the Service for you and the people you share it with. The licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems, as described in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the right to record, upload and share it, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
We do not use your recordings or transcripts to train or improve AI models unless you opt in.
6. Other people
When you assign an item to someone or reply in a thread, that person sees what you sent them. If they do not have a Teloki account, we may send them an invitation by email on your behalf.
If you record other people, or add their names or email addresses to Teloki, you are responsible for having their permission where the law requires it, including under any law on recording conversations.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Teloki to break the law, or to harass, threaten, defame or harm anyone;
- record or share someone else's speech or personal information without the right to do so;
- upload content that is unlawful or infringing, or that contains malware;
- send spam or unwanted invitations;
- access another person's account or data without permission, or try to get around our security or usage limits;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- scrape the Service, access it by automated means, or use it to build a competing product;
- resell, rent or sublicense the Service.
We may remove content or restrict an account that breaks these rules.
8. Our rights in Teloki
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, text and the Teloki and Springr names and logos. Subject to these terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Teloki apps for your own personal or internal business purposes. All other rights are reserved.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction and without owing you anything.
9. Changes and availability
We are always working on Teloki, and may add, change or remove features. We try to keep the Service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will give you reasonable notice where we can.
If we introduce paid features, we will show you the price and the terms before you are charged.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Teloki at any time, and you can delete your account in the app.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the Service or other people at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
When your account is closed, your right to use the Service ends and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. The parts of these terms that are meant to outlast it, such as the disclaimers, the limit of liability, the indemnity and the governing law, continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. In particular, we do not warrant that transcripts, items or answers produced by Teloki are accurate or complete.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Springr and its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms.
Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
13. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these terms or of the law, you agree to compensate us for the losses and reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.
14. Apple App Store
If you downloaded Teloki from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These terms are between you and Springr, not Apple. Springr, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your licence to use the app is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the fullest extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Springr, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer protection or privacy law, and claims that the app infringes someone's intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service, unless the consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Before going to court, please write to us at support@springr.in. Most problems can be sorted out that way.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
17. General
These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business, as long as your rights are not reduced.
